She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph F. Foltz Sr. and Mary E. Foltz (Bowers); her son-in-law Curtis D. Harbaugh I; and her siblings, Joseph Foltz, Robert Foltz, Charles Foltz and Josephine Reese.
She is survived by: her children, Debra J. Korrell, Mary A. Harbaugh and Norman L. Rhoton, Jr. (Emmalee); her grandchildren, Curtis D. Harbaugh, II and Tiffany D. Reyes (Alex); her great grandchildren, Carter and Curtis III; and her siblings, Gloria Wolfensburger of Hagerstown, MD and Ralph F. Foltz, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
