He is survived by: his parent Daisy Sprecher (Reel); his wife Nancy Sprecher; his daughters, Karen Minnich (Steve) of Boonsboro and Linda Foltz (Terry) of Smithsburg; his stepdaughter Melissa Doyle of Hagerstown; his nieces and nephews, Debby Stearns, Brenda Higgins, James L. Sprecher, Jr. and Keith A. Sprecher; and his pet Teddy Alvin.
