He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Taylor and Mary Ruth Stolle Manuel; his wives, Nancy Bevans Cohill and Nancy Cohill Manuel of Stafford Hall; his sons, James Cohill Manuel and Thomas Cohill Manuel; his grandchildren, Andrew James Manuel (Hayley) and Jennifer Manuel Routzahn (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Krystina and Paige Manuel; and also Mary Catherine Cohill Gargano (Thomas). He was also cherished by aunts and their husbands, a sister-in-law, and three brothers-in-law.
