He was predeceased by: his parent James W. Manford, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Alice Arlene Manford (McCarney) of Hagerstown; his wife Charlotte L. Manford (Seacrist); his daughter Michelle Jones (Marvin); his stepsons, Gerald K. Cole (Norma Jean), Scott A. Cole and Angela; his siblings, Adra E. Lapole (James), Lewis E. Manford (Sherry) and Leslie "Casper" Manford (Wendy); his grandchildren, Tonie Jones, Marvin Jones, Jr., Amber Jones, Alex Jones and Terry Jones; his stepgrandchildren, Seth Cole, Alyssa Burton and Ethan Burton; his great grandchildren, Rylan Feigley and Rylie Feigley; his niece Sandy Tedrick; and his sister-in-law Shirley Myers.
