It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Mazur (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Yardley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Andrew Maroney; her son Shawn Mazur; and her brother Robert Maroney. She is survived by: her parent Mildred Maroney; her husband Lester Mazur; her daughter Kim Janifer; her son-in-law Raymond E. Janifer; and her cousins, Jan Birkins, Eric Woolman, Lori Lessard, Rick Schroeder and Nancy Kurica.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 6:00-7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
