He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Giffin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Marie Giffin; his daughter Megan Marie Giffin of Hagerstown, MD; his brothers, Tom Giffin (Terry) of Cincinnati, OH and Don Giffin (Teresa) of Chambersburg, PA; and his sister-in-law Judy Giffin of Cumberland, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces.
