He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Werking; his son John Andrew Werking, Jr.; and his sisters, Eva Green and Evelyn White. He is survived by: his children, Robin A. Miller (Jay) of Sharpsburg, MD and Brent Bailey (Deanna) of Williamsport, MD; his grandchildren, Joshua J. Miller (Lindsay), Megan A. Wagner (Benjamin), Shawn M. Miller, Erica Bailey and Matt Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Ella Wagner, Anslie Wagner, Charlotte Wagner, Ruby Miller, Jude Miller, Jolene Miller and Elenore Miller.
