He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Rulewich, Sr. and Hilda Russell Rulewich. He is survived by: his wife Barbara R. Cronk Rulewich; his son Joseph R. Rulewich, III (Angela J.) of Fort Knox; his grandchildren, Cynthia Joyce Rulewich (CJ) and Joseph R. Rulewich, IV (Richie); and his pets, Sadie and Isabella.
In keeping with his wishes to be cremated and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's name, in support of local junior golf, to the Washington County Golf Hall of Fame, c/o Beaver Creek Country Club, 9535 Mapleview Road, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
