Fazenbaker, Jr. (Lois) and John Fazenbaker, Sr. (Jeanie); her brother Norman Cosner (Arlene); her grandchildren, Dwayne Fazenbaker (Jenny), Taunya Fazenbaker, John Fazenbaker, Jr. (Angie), Mary Oliver (Danny), Jessie Fazenbaker and Jacob Fazenbaker; and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Jenna, Ariel, Logan, Eric and Malea Fazenbaker.
