She is survived by: her parents, Dale Runyon and Valerie Zehringer (Ed); her daughters, Alexa Paige Tippett and Ashlyn Kendall Tippett; her siblings, Nick Combs (Matthew Chambers), Patrick Combs and Sabrina Rhoads (Sean); and her child Ted Tippett. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
