It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon William Racks (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Linwood Preston Racks, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Lee Kearse Henson; his son Sayqon Myers; his siblings, Latonya L. Racks (Ericka Gundy), Linda Racks, Lynette Racks, Alan J. Barnett and Linwood P. Racks, Jr.; and his wife Felicia Racks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
