She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Brenda Dukes (Peterson); her stepfather Thomas Dukes; her father Virgil Passwaters; her brother-in-law Todd; her husband Anthony J. "Tony" Casto; her daughters, Sara M. Smith and Amy L. Kelly (Ryan); her sisters, Karen L. DeHaven (Todd, Debbie J.), LeMaster (Fred, Diane L.) and Ferguson (Ivey); and her grandchildren, James Smith, Matthew Smith, Daniel Smith, Emily Smith, Connor Kelly and Lucas Lester. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lisa's name to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 224 W. Washington St., Hagerstown.
