He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Cramer and Leah Cramer (Grumbine); and his siblings, Mavin Stotler, Leona Bowers, Rayetta Hall, Wenita Sigler and Clarence W. Cramer, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Ruann Rochelle Cramer; and his pet Snowball. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
