She is survived by: her children, Emily Donley (David) of Hagerstown, Matt Steen (Diane) of Hagerstown, Carla Isman of Warren and Ted Isman (Stacey) of Macomb, Michigan; her stepsons, Kenneth Isman (Joan) of Laurel and David Isman (Tammy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her grandchildren, David Adams (Kristal) of Pocomoke City, Thomas Arnold of Greeneville, Virginia Curtis of Hagerstown, Charles Donley of Hagerstown, Gregory Isaacs of Silver Spring, Aaliyah of Michigan, Tyson Isman of Michigan, Nathan Berg of Mt. Juliet, Tisha Rozanski (Adam) of Frederick and Jasmine Franklin (Gregory Thomas) of Frederick; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Lexi, Takius, Connor, Bella, RaeLynn, Piper and Ava; and her former husband Isaiah Steen of Kingston, Massachusetts..
