She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Walker Barnes and Bessie Lynn Barnes (Bowers); her husband Hubert Myers; her sisters, Virginia Huntzberry, Florence Weaver and Anna Barnes; and her son Donald Myers.
She is survived by: her children, John (Ileana Myers) of Hummelstown, Thomas (Shari Myers) of Boonsboro, MD and Arlena (Terry "Butch" Moore) of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Karolyn (Sammy Popat), Jonathan Myers, Teresa (Victor Mulligan), Zachary McLeod and Hannah (Carter Medchill); and her sisters, Mary Martin, Eva Barnes of Hagerstown, MD and Josephine Elliott of Greencastle, PA. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
