She was predeceased by: her parent Earl Fletcher; and her brother Neil Fletcher. She is survived by: her parent Mary K. James; her stepfather Eligah James of Hagerstown; and her children, Karla Hill-Freeman (George) of West Columbia, SC, John A. Copeland III (LaShann) of Hagerstown, MD, Chevonne S. Marshall of Hagerstown, MD and Stephen F. Copeland, Sr. of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
