Forsyth; her children, Tammy Forsyth (Edwin Russell) and John J. Forsyth (Joyce); her granddaughter Alesia Poland; her great grandchild Brady Poland; her niece Vickie Keller; and her close friend Phyllis Fridinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
