He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Berrios and Rosa Burgos. He is survived by: his wife Claribel Solari; his sons, Miguel Angel Berrios (Sandra Balbuena) of Hagerstown and Jordan Alberto Berrios of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Elena, Yadalis, Jordan and Leo; his great grandchild Alane; and his sister Norma Berrios (Estevan) of Catalina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
