She is survived by: her husband Charles Richard "Casey" Slate; her children, Charles Richard "Chuck" Slate II and Keira Solanki (Manoj); her grandson Joshua Solanki; her sisters, Paula Barnhart Coughlin, Deborah Barnhart and Cheryl Barnhart Socks; and her nephew Robert Socks (Diana).
