He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick A.; his wife June L. Andrews (Davis); his children, Jo Carol Mizelle and David W. Andrews; and his siblings, Violet L. Hays, Helen I. Miller, Harry L. Andrews, Charles F. Andrews and George W. Andrews.
He is survived by: his parent Mary A. Andrews (Bowers); his daughters, Paula J. Eisenhower (Glenn) and Brenda S. Malott (David); and his grandchildren, Lori A. Hall, Paul Douglas "Doug" Palmer, Krystal L. Collins, Dawn R. Emerson, Christopher D. Malott and Andrew S. Malott. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
