It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip W. Hornbaker (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Routzahn; and his daughter Devon Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hornbaker; his son Phillip W. Hornbaker Jr.; his grandchildren, Corinne Hornbaker, Jared, Jacob, Darek Harvey and Anthony Crampton; his son-in-law Chris Harvey; his father Ronald Hornbaker; and his siblings, Dennis Hornbaker, Sherman Hornbaker, Robert Hornbaker, Melissa Morris and Karen Guyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations are accepted Minnich Funeral Home, over the phone or at 415 E. Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown, MD, or given to Cindy.
