It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Keefer of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Estella Ruth Keefer (Truax) of Berkeley Springs, WV. and William Franklin Keefer; his wife Reginia R. Keefer (Lightner); and his siblings, Allen Keefer, Daryl Keefer and Wanda Eichelberger. He was also cherished by two step sons, two step grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren, two step great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
