She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Elgin and Alda Irene Seaman (O'Brien); and her granddaughter Sierra Allen. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Allen (Sarah) and Suzette Taylor; her sister Cindy Reed; her grandchildren, Amanda Allen, Whitney Whisner, Dionte Winston, Airyannah Summers, Madelyn Rowland and Sage Rowland; and her niece Luv Leavelle. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
