He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Bell and Linda Pfeiffer Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Bell. He is also survived by aunts and uncles and several cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the Washington County Commission on Aging, 535 East Franklin St., Hagerstown, MD, 21740.
