Sullivan, Jr.; her nieces, Savannah Polm-Fulghum and Stephanie Metz; her grandchildren, Rayshon Polm, Jamere Washington, Jayda Washington and Kaydyn Polm; and also, Jeffrey McQuaid of Reading, PA, Uncle Edward McQuaid of Reading, PA and Aunt Clara McQuaid of Reading, PA.
