She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Henry Twigg, Jr. of Winter Haven, FL.; and her grandparents, Kreps Eichelberger, Pearl Eichelberger and Paul H. Twigg, Sr. of Berkley Springs. She is survived by: her parent Linda Sue Twigg (Eichelberger) of Sharpsburg, MD; her husband Dewayne K. Mills; her daughters, Amanda P. Twigg, Mike Smith of Hagerstown, Isabella Poper and Rosalie Poper; her grandson Leland Smith of Hagerstown; her stepparents, Doris Naramore Twigg of Winter Haven and Gurnie Stull of Sharpsburg; her sisters, Pamala S. Twigg, Tim Defelice of Hagerstown and Paula M. Twigg (Robin Crumlich) of Millsboro, DE; her stepsisters, Angie Kendall (Mike) of Greencastle, PA, Ashley Vandiver and Rob Rushing of Winter Haven; her grandmother Lorraine Twigg of Berkley Springs, WV; and her friend Lynn Zigler Black of Charles Town, WV. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
