He was predeceased by: his parent Walter A.; his stepmother Esther Bitner; and his brother Timothy Bitner. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy L. Bitner (Stottlemyer); his wife Donna Bitner; his sisters, Tina Unger of Hancock, MD, Tracey Billman of Little Orleans, MD, Teresa Peck of Summersville, SC and Tammy Nader of Ft; and his close friends, Betty Tressler, Robert Vetter (Jeanna), Alexa Vetter and Olivia Vetter.
