Scheffer (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin E. Sheffer; and his sisters, Nancy and Virginia. He is survived by: his parent Ester R. Sheffer (Bahn); his wife Grace M. Scheffer (Sweitzer); his child William E. "Bill" Scheffer; his significant other Selena Skiles of Chambersburg, PA; his grandchildren, William J. "Billy" Scheffer, Matthew Smith, Ginger Licate and Angela Smith; his great grandchildren, Azlynn, Kaylene and Nico; and his brother Johnson of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
