She is survived by: her children, Janice Nelson (Herman) of Great Cacapon, William J. Francis (Tina) of Needmore and Donald L. Francis (Linda) of Warfordsburg; her daughter-in-law Brenda Francis of Hancock; her siblings, Phyllis Horn of Oakland, Lois Killian of Westland, Stella Scott of Phelps, Elizabeth McCoy of Phelps, Woodrow Miller of Phelps and Ronald Thacker of Detroit, Mich.; her grandchildren, Jeanna Stotler of Keyser, W. Va, Jerry Stotler of Martinsburg, Brooke Francis of Hagerstown, John Francis of Warfordsburg, Riley Francis of Warfordsburg and Timothy Farmer of Hagerstown; her great grandchildren, William Diehl, Tiffany Diehl, Aubrey Cooper, Kennedy Cooper, Cole Francis and Jack Francis; and her great great grandchildren, Lacy Diehl, Emily Diehl, Skylar Diehl and Jayden Whetzel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
