He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Streeter and Elizabeth Lay Streeter; his son Earl R. Streeter; and his brother Wayne Streeter. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Tate Streeter; and his children, Ralph L. Streeter, Jr. of Jaspar, GA and Vicki E. May of Augusta, WV.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
