He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ruth and Margaret Turner Ruth; his wife Wanda Hamilton Ruth; and his brothers, Paul and Albert Ruth.
He is survived by: his sons, Barton E. Hamilton, Trent H. Hamilton of Tampa, FL and Vaughn W Hamilton; his grandchildren, Glenn, Aaron, Shawn, Evan, Casey, Crystal and Clayton; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie, Karley, Saylor and Isaac; and his sister Eleanor Drybread.
