Cooper of Edgewood, MD; his sisters, Doris Brown of Lansing, KS and Claudia "Dia" Hodges of Ozark, MO; his grandchildren, Lillie Cooper, Joseph Cooper and Donovan Cooper; and his aunts, Claudia "Joan" Eby of Carlisle and Yvonne Line of Lancaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
