He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene A. Richardson and Dorothy Maria Williams Richardson; and his son Philip Gregory Richardson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Philicia Richardson (Nechelle); his stepson Neil Dyson (Renee) of Frederick; his grandson Caleb Richardson; his stepgrandchildren, James and Olivia Dyson of Frederick; his siblings, Gene Richardson (Patricia) of Wilmington, William Richardson of Edgewood and Regina Richardson of Palm Bay; his brother-in-law David Bowser (Gina) of Dallas; and his aunt Rosa Williams Bond of Aberdeen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers.
