He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Kirlew (Derrick), LaKesha Boddy and Windsor Mill; his grandchildren, Caleb Wise, Derrick Kirlew Jr. and Malia Kirlew; his siblings, Cecilia Brown (Ernest), Vanessa Grimes, Stanley Grimes (Bonnie), Jerome Grimes and James Jenkins; and his close friends, Willie Williams, Lamont Hall (Boo Boo) and Donald Donaldson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
