He is survived by: his wife Diana Lee "Donna" Palmer (Sweeney); his siblings, Siavi'i "Poe" Siavi'i, Sa'ousoali'i Siavi'i and Luava'asiatia Siavi'i; and also, Paki, Robert Henry Palmer of Brandywine, MD., Fatuvalu "Frank" Faalevao Fano, Falemalama "Jerry" Siligo, Royal Crawford, Vaefaga Quin and Siausage "Loretta" Taylor. He is also survived by One of nine siblings.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory (30195 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
