He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Foster Norris; his children, James P. Norris, Jr. (Heather), John P. Norris (Magen) and Ann "Patches" M. Mueller (Roger); his grandchildren, Helana Mallarky (Adam), Daniel Norris, Samantha Fodor, Austin Fodor, Sr., Riley Limbert, Reese Limbert and Jaxon Norris; his great grandchild Austin Fodor, Jr.; and his siblings, Stephen N. Norris, Jr. (Jeannie), John M. Norris and Gloria Burley (Patrick).
