He is survived by: his children, Tyvonnia Bull, Vernon Cephas of Smyrna, DE and Ruben Cephas of Bear, DE.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 204 Academy St, Hurlock, MD 21643. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
