He is survived by : his wife Dora Ann Phillips Plymale; his children, Sheila Nicely (Lynn) of Dickerson, MD, Cindy R. Warfield (Craig) and Brian Plymale (Tina) of Adamstown, MD; his grandchildren, Chelsea Plymale, Amber Martin (Shiloh), Julie Nicely, Travis Warfield (Morgan), Brian Plymale, Jr. (Sarah) and Austin Warfield; his great grandchildren, Keira Martin, Rainey Bell, Emma Plymale, Noah Warfield, Tristan Martin and Braden Plymale; and his siblings, Eugene Plymale of Buckhannon, WV, Dorothy Coontz of Martinsburg, WV, Loretta Samples of Buckhannon, Martha Scott of Buckhannon and Margaret Rowan of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
