He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Foltz (Rogers); his children, Laurie (David Lambert) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Bradley (Taree Foltz) of Brunswick, MD, Marc (Holli Foltz) of Jefferson, MD and Julie (Chad Hartman) of Keedysville, MD.; his great grandchildren, Cade Foltz and Brantley Foltz; and his sisters, Patricia Pry (Richard), Shirley Ridgeway (Lee), Donna Wenner (Tommy), Rose Barger and Delores Axline (Johnny).
