He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Andrea Mason Wilkes; his sons, Nicholas Wilkes (Natthanate "Peggy") and Daniel Wilkes; his mother Theresa Wilkes of Hokah; his sisters, Lucy Wilkes, Rosann Klutzke (Ken), Jean Wood (Geoff), Judy Davis (Gene), Mary Harris (Mike), Betty Schiefelbein (Ed), Sue Sloan, Joan Meiners (Dan) and Kathy Kruse (Tim); his father Francis Wilkes; and his siblings, Vickie Wilkes and Joseph Wilkes. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and in laws.
