She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Claude Smith and Marguerite Smith; her daughter Jeanne Richter (Ralph) of Rockville, Maryland.; and her grandchildren, Sabrina Richter of Rockville and Wesley Richter of Roanoke, Virginia..
