He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Breazeale and Eva Breazeale; his stepmother Lillie Willoughby; his former wife Pamela Hughey Breazeale; and his brother-in-law Gary Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Alma J. Breazeale; his children, Erma Williams (Garrett), Lorretta Lantz (Gregory), Frank, James, Eva Shin (Jae) and Ernest (Rachel); his grandchildren, Pamela (James), Michael, Garrett Lee, Sydney, Claire, Andrew, Annabelle, William "Will" and Theodore; his sister Linda Simpson; and his sibling's children, LaDonna Kane (Jason) and Gary "Sonny" Simpson.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, all participants will be required to wear a mask at all times while inside the church building and 6-ft distance seating of non-related groups during service is required.
