Mullineaux; her child-in-law Melaney; her granddaughters, Emma Jane and Caroline Bryn; her brother Ronald Smith (Barbara) of Hagerstown; her nephew Scott Smith (Donna); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelby and Cameron; her sister-in-law Dixie Mullineaux (Jayson Stover); her sisters, Kathy Ebey and Grace Hiter; and also Charles of Berkeley Springs, WV.. She is also survived by friends like family and loved their children and grandchildren.
