He is survived by: his wife Nancy Louise Hentz; his children, Casey Charboneau (Bryan), Nikki Murphy (Francesco "Frank) and Douglas C. Hentz, Jr. (Sarah Klein); his grandchildren, Nolan, Celia Murphy, Cole, Audrey Charboneau and Vera Hentz; and his brother Gary Hentz. He is also survived by in-laws.
