He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Elizabeth Oswinkle; and his sister Betty Collins. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Cumberland (David), David Oswinkle (Kim), Karen Seibel (Tom) and Susan Harlacher (Todd); and his sister Joan Edick (Bob). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
