He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Beatrice (Mayhew) and George Earl McNeel; his son Thomas Anthony McNeel; and his sisters, Jean Crain, Judy Lacey and Annette Marsh.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Karlee; his pets, Roscoe, Scooter, Angel and Max; his daughter Bella; his wife Ruby McNeel (Evans); his family William "Will" Schroth, II; his daughters, Karlee, Donna "Shelly" Joseph (Erold), Tammy Potter (Santiago) and Lisa Bopp (Daniel); his brother-in-law Harold Crain; and his caregivers, Daryl and Linda Carpenter. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Service (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation in Tom's name are asked to At Home Care and Hospice, 1121 Heatherstone Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
