He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Norma Miller; and his brother George Miller. He is survived by: his wife Gloria West-Miller; his son William Miller; and his sisters, Dolores Leyba and Claire Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and a wealth of friends.
