She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence Hamby (Virginia) of Bunker Hill and Paul Hamby, Sr. (Janice) of Mechanicsville, MD; her siblings, Aug Strong of Baltimore, MD, William Strong of Charlotte Hall, MD, Oliver Strong (Christa) of Pikesville, MD and Ann Powell of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Paul Hamby, Jr., William Hamby and Kristina Welch; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Katelyn Welch.
