He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos Edward Souder II and Mildred Leona Poe; and his siblings, Larry Souder, Wayne Souder, Willy Arnold and Barbara Ireland.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Jane Souder; his daughters, Susan Lynn Wise and Melissa Sue Wilkinson; his grandchildren, Thomas Henry Wise, Caitlin Louise Wise, Saige Melissa Lynn Souder and Cope Amos Scott Wilkinson; and his brother Craig Arnold.

A celebration of his life will be held on December 15, 2018 from 2pm-5pm at the Donaldson Funeral Home, 313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, MD 20707 Memorial donations may be made to The Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
