He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Marie Austin Cooke; and his son Steven Gregory Cooke. He is survived by: his children, Larry Cooke, Charles Cooke, Jr. (Dennia) and Terry Tan (Bryian); his friend Pauline Hazel; and his cousin Pastor John Thompson.
